Absolutely love Young Living Essential Oils! I love their mission and their motto. And to top it all off, their products are amazing and have changed my life for the better.

Fun fact, you can get cheaper essential oils at whole foods and you don't have to annoy everyone you know to buy from you.

Worst Company! Horrible communication/ customer service.. The only company this holiday season that couldn't process and complete an order that was placed on Dec 14 with expedited shipping. Speaking to 2 different customer service agents (throughout the week) on 2 separate occasions having each reinforce that the products would be here before Christmas. Granted the first agent didn't even ask any of our information on the orders. Hannah the second agent at least asked our information echoed this company promise of the order being shipped in time. Even saying Young Living would overnight our package to make arrival happen. Without receiving any confirmation of shipment or a tracking number, and the company being closed on the 24th we decided to call today. Finally talking to Jessica who seems to be the only agent with any kind of customer service training was very apologetic and empathetic to the situation. Unfortunately she couldn't offer the assistance needed (we weren't satisfied to have to pay shipping for the order to be returned to them). Being transferred to Kade "the manager" was lack luster. He seemed unmotivated to help, condescending, and downright rude. This situation will now be on going for the next month between shipping back and forth and then back again. Not to mention I now need to find another gift in the final moments before the holiday and all the stress that includes. Horrible My recommendation- order essential oils from somewhere else. For a company (that you order from regularly) not to be able to make this situation right during the holidays is unforgivable.

They are awesome! Would love to visit them and their farms one day.
