They did help me with my case, but I was disappointed in the way I was treated at this office.nFrom my understanding, everything involving my case would be paid off. I was wrong. I was left with two major unpaid bills and was told I would have to pay it out of my part of the settlement I received. It seems like, all they care about is getting their part of the money/settlement.nTom Sheets is a very nice man, but Athena needs to work on her attitude and understand that she is NOT Young & Nichols, she just works for them. Apparently, she is the one you have to deal with if you have any concerns regarding your case...She makes you feel unimportant and a waste of her time because she is always trying to rush you off the phone or out of the office.nI would recommend another office who will be more caring to your needs, unless all you care about is getting a low, but quick settlement.
