Called in December, talked to a nice guy that helped me to get my paperwork to them to stop child support. Talked to him again Jan 2nd. He said they received my paperwork and they would be reviewing the documents to call back next week. I waited over a week and called again to talk to some very rude man over there that told me he sees my paperwork had arrived there and he needed to send an email over to the attorney to have the case reviewed while I am sitting here paying child support still when I have had my son since the 15th of Decemeber. Washington state was able to stop the father's payments the next day! But I am still getting my wages garnished while paying for his health insurance, school and dentist visits! They are in no hurry. And then he didn't hang up the call, but just didn't respond when I told him that someone had already told me the case was being reviewed and I was told to call back and I wanted to know what was going on. He jsut sat there until I hung up. What is it with these offices just doing whatever they want?? It's ridiculous. Wouldn't recommend. However there is a super nice lady in OP Kansas. If she could be at all of these places that would be nice!

As a now former employee I worked there just over a year and when you sign your forms you agree to work 40 hrs and not miss any time. They don't care that you have sick kids.... if I don't want a full 40 hrs on my check that's my business. If you are off the phone for any other reason besides your break and lunch your being demanded to get back on the phone. Very little training and they expect you to be perfect. And let's not get started on Anna- she is so condescending and likes talking down to people make you feel 2 inches tall. Horrible person.

Reached out twice for assistance and was hung up on both times on 1/18/2024. I actually DO my job it's a shame someone there doesn't feel they need to do theirs.

Usually I speak with someone who is somewhat helpful, but they make me call back once a month with no efforts in moving forward. Today I spoke with a man who couldn't answer any of my questions, and only responded with "ok". Why is there nothing being done about parents who don't pay child support? I call once a month because they continue to tell me that next month we will make progress. I've been dealing with this for years. Hoping next time I call there will be a confident person with answers.

Horrible experience the last 18 years. I cannot believe this company keeps renewing contracts with the government, never a good experience and to top it all off when I my obligation was COMPLETE! They tunred me in to the credit bureau that I still owed monies from 2016 without any notice. I accept responsibility on my part, but THIS COMPANY will not accept theirs. I sincerely hope karma will turn its head.I apologize to all the employees that have nothing to do with this. I know what hard work is. Again I am sorry if you ever have to work with them and GOD willing it wont be likely experiemce
