So, I am trying to figure out what is really going on with my case. In March of 2020 parenting time was changed to the obligee as you call her as having restricted parenty time only and being restricted to supervised visits with no over night. In April of 2020 the obligee restriction stayed the same with no over nights. Then, May 21of 2020 the restrictions were altered slightly to include phone calls and one in person visit and still no over nights at all and court paperwork was sent to css office. I called in numerous of time to the office to get paperwork sent out to change the support since I did have print capabilities but had to wait and purchase a cheap printer to print off the forms that are online. The forms were sent in to the office as requested and I have not heard back anything in writing on the matter but, when I asked for a call back from the case manager the only info I could get after months of calling is " the case is being put on hold and they will not release any fund to the obligee aka mom until they can figure out who has the children." One, if the account is on hold because this office is unsure about who has the children in their care even though the court order this office has on file from May 21st states that the obligee or mom only has "one in person visit a week and two 30min phone a week." This statement alone says that children are not with the same person on file and the statement "parenting time is restricted" should imply that someone else is taking care of this children like their FATHER and might need the funds that are being taken away from my checks to help support the children. Also, All the paperwork provided says mom's parenting time has been restricted and for how long who knows so far it has been six months. That is six months of support so far this office has collected for the children that the children haven't seen so, money for clothes, food, activities and any other daily living expense. All that money has either been paid to the mom or put on hold somewhere that isn't supporting the children and all we get is a name of a food bank and advice to call and apply for leap or 411.

I filed w/these people over a year ago. They messed up my paperwork, & tried to stick my exhusband w/child support for my son that is not his, because there is an active case already open for my daughter. They then closed my case w/o any notification, I only found out after they tried to go after my exhusband. I explained that they messed up, he is not the father of the child I was filing for, they tried to tell me he was (ex & I have been separated for 10 years) even though I had a paternity test of my son & his father, that 100% proved my ex was not his father. The lady still tried to argue this fact w/me, until I started screaming at her, & asked for a supervisor. I had to pay AGAIN to reopen my case, it's been over a year & they still have not served my sons father. I call once a week, & every week they get more rude. I was told by the case manager since their process servers have been unable to serve him, that they would give it to the sheriff's department to serve him, but as of today, nothing, & when I called to see if they have served him yet, the woman i spoke to Renee was rude, & told me even though i have provided all the information i can, (address, parents address, where he attends school, where his kids attend school, license plate numbers, phone numbers, & description of father) I was told if they cant serve him, they cant serve him. This system is so messed up. I've asked if I can serve him, they said no, only their process servers can do that. This company is simply lazy, & apparently have no idea what they are doing. Amazing, simply amazing, how they can even get rude when it's their fault that nothing is happening. This place is simply put the most awful place I have ever dealt with. THE WORST!

This agency does not require any proof if someone says you haven’t paid child support. If your ex says you haven’t paid at all, they require no financial documents or proof, and attempt to levy the debt against you without question. Why is the city using 4th rate debt collectors that follow no legal guidelines? When I asked why they don’t require proof of non-payment by the reporting party, they said they don’t need proof. Whoever runs this agency should be removed.
