I spoke with George at Zapiler & Associates briefly Aug 7th 2012 and within a short time I was convinced he was very honest and compassionate. I retained him for a very reasonable fee and had my Bankruptcy filed within two weeks, including the time the first financial management course as required by the rules. It is now Oct 10 2012 and I have completed my 341 (meeting with creditors) and George has received my certificate of completion for the second Financial Management Course and filed it with the court trustee as required by the rules. At this point my notification of discharge is all I am waiting on, there are no other steps I need to complete. George and his staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable, they answered all of my many questions very quickly i.e. minutes, via email or phone. I would recommend Zapiler & Associates to anyone seeking advice and representation on bankruptcy matters. I am very relieved. :) Thank you George and Staff.
