Run away - Run away. Do NOT sign a lease with this company. Flood damage from 06/30/2018 still not repaired. They pulled the drywall off and there was cracks and holes in both the floor and the walls to the outside. They left them exposed for weeks. Read the reviews......check them out on the Better Business Bureau page......there are many tenants that are so sorry they are stuck in a lease with a management company that doesn't care that their tenants are living in mold and mildew.nUpdate: today is 10/24/18 and the repairs are still not complete. They slapped on some drywall to cover the holes after I turned them in to the City and they used spray foam to fill the large crevices and then just left it like that. Nasty carpet still there. And oddly enough, my photos I am posting keep being deleted... I have posted 13 photos. If you see less than that, they have deleted them

I wish I could give them no stars. My townhouse flooded the end of June/begging of July 2018. I was on vacation. Come to find out they ddidn't care to fix anything. I had to show them pictures of Mold just for them to listen to me that there was damage to my unit. I should have left when I had the chance. Still don't have my townhouse fixed.

Wouldn't recommend, staff is great to talk to, but that's about it. Place I was at is rat infected and is way over priced. people have been addressing it constantly now and looking into having the news check it out. look nice but are cheaply redone, and everything breaks. They especially Over Charge for when you move out. Was charged 600 dollars for their rat infestation damages and a small bed frame we didn't have time to take apart (my fault, would of been willing to pay if it wasn't so overly priced.

HORRIBLE PEOPLE. The management has no idea what is happening in their company. They have still not issued my refund. When I asked for help, the girl Ashley said "that's above my pay grade". I have been getting the run-around for over a month and a half and I am SICK OF IT. Everyone from the Gregory to corporate is rude and has lost their minds. I only gave the one star because I had to to post this.

This company is horrible. The upper management has a problem with lack of communication. I wish I didnt waste 2 months working for this company. I was told that I would receive my PTO once left, but that was a lie. I have contacted corporate office and have yet to receive a return call. I have contacted the regional manager, but she fails at responding even though I have been told I would receive a response. I was put on a property with very little training and no help. I worked 6 to 7 days a week without someone reaching out to me. My hard work was not appreciated. The company keeps adding extra charges to the residents. Rent seems cheap, but once all the extra fees are applied, the resident pays nearly $200 on top of rent. Residents pay for valet trash and regular trash. The apartments are horribly outdated and overpriced. I wouldn't not recommend this company to work or live on any of their properties.
