Zachary was absolutely awesome with my case! From start to finish I couldn’t be happier with my lawyer! I will be a returning customer shall I need a lawyer again! Thank you so much for everything!
The first lawyer I had did nothing on my case and no calls or text answered after she told me we would be going to court soon. when she left the law office I called the new lawyer who never returned any of my calls so i called one of head lawyers who said he would call which he did and I missed it I called repeatedly with no return Call had to make appointment to see him and was again ignored made more calls never returned calls never once did I receive a once a month statement as promised. Felt like they took my $ and no help guess my case wasn't a $ maker
Thank you for representing our friend in a highly visible restraining order. We pray for her and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking her case.
We had a consultation with an attorney from this firm for family law services through my husbands work. They never sent a follow up email like they said they would. I tried contacting them and left a message with the attorney we talked to letting her know we never got the email and still nothing. Bad customer service. If an someone is too busy to take on a client, then I would expect to be told so I don’t waste my time waiting on them, only for them to blow me off.
We worked with Sarah Barnes for our estate planning. We had a legal plan through work that connected us to her. Our last meeting was in July to finalize our plans. I followed up in October to ask when we would receive our documents. She led me to believe that they were complete, but was having difficulty sending electronic copies. I followed up again twice in November. It isn't clear to me why she couldn't mail hard copies back in October. When I received the plan at the end of November, it was marked revised 11-21. I had to stop in personally to pick up the hard copies. I am curious if our legal plan was being billed in quarter hour increments for the correspondence stringing us along while our documents weren't finalized.
