The most important thing that I think people should know about Nick is just how thorough he is. He has a great personality and he is easy to work with, which is nice and it makes the whole experience just a little more manageable. But when you sit down with Nick and start talking about your case and he starts asking questions and really starts understanding what your needs are, that is when you start having this feeling that this guy is going to take care of everything. You get him the info that he asks for and he does all the leg work. He was so good that for the first time in about a year at that point I felt like I did not have to worry about something else.
