A big money racketeer. Only helping the crocked get more crocked . This company does not care if your are suffering of a life long illness with no cure and they don’t want to hear you cannot afford your insulin let alone a surprised ambulance bill for a ride that was denied and information was falsified. You don’t help me I don’t help you ! This Law office is willing to help the Good Will Ambulance of Pottstown , a non profit , collect money that by law should not even be billed let alone collected ! My daughter can’t afford her insulin that is 600 dollars a month let alone a 1500 dollar ambulance bill . Sounds like a vicious circle to me and these two places found the loop hole in supporting each other when we really should be looking into the law of why medical prescription plans are getting away with charging so much for insulin that people cannot afford so that they go into a diabetic state where an ambulance is needed ! If you ask me they are all in kahoots . Great job ! Keep ripping off the good ole American citizens of the good ole US of A ! ???????????? so very proud to be !!! . . . . NOT !
My experience with Attorney Alexis Miloszewski has been overwhelmingly positive. First, the response to my original inquiry from the office was timely and professional; and everyone that I have interacted with has been competent and engaging. Second, Attorney Miloszewski has an extremely approachable personality that makes me feel comfortable, and a thoughtful and direct communication style that makes me feel well taken care of and advocated for. Third, at every appropriate juncture she addressed cost and value in a way that allowed me to participate in the decision-making process in a way that empowered me and built the necessary trust in our relationship. Although, things do not always go smoothly, I was constantly reassured that she was on my team and had my best interests in mind. She was clear to delineate what her expertise was and yet to offer well beyond that iteratively as needed. She was always very clear with regard to what could be expected and where there was ambiguity and risk. Her confident leadership in interactions with my now ex and his attorney were key to a smooth, equitable process. I truly feel that her experience and judgement are outstanding and have not been disappointed by trusting them. The divorce process even when relatively uncomplicated is stressful and at times unpleasant and have exceptional profession guidance makes a huge difference in the experience, and in my opinion, the outcome.
I was very impressed with the quality of representation by Alexis. She was dedicated, caring, insightful and most of all knowledgeable. With very limited time, she was available and present and truly was patient in explaining things. I also appreciated how supportive she was during the tense first process and fought for an agreeable outcome as we move forward.
My family is so thankful for the hard work and dedication Jessica Smith put in to our child custody case. Jessica has been great to work with throughout the entire process and she is definitely someone I would recommend to any family experiencing the same situation as we have. Thanks again Jessica for your hard work and dedication to our family's case.
Wish there were negative stars. A partner at 300 per presented himself to us as THE expert in his field. ALL our worries could be left in his hands. We thought it might be worth that kind of expertise, a suicidal kid needed THAT kind of help. You know. THE firm's expert. Another attorney was needed, too. We're still paying on tens and tens of thousands in fees. Guess what? He not only was NOT an ' expert ' in that field, we cannot find a single, further or previous case. Expertise listed is sure not what he claimed. You can't object. He offered to ' move against us '. That was nice. File a lawyer complaint? Uh huh. A genuine expert in the field told us do not bother- lawyers ' police themselves '. Then he laughed. Oh yea. Guy had a conflict of interest of which we knew nothing. So, NOT THE expert, conflict of interest, unsurprising failed badly and worse, became extremely aggressive when we disagreed with quite a few aspects of his handling of the case. The second attorney? After a good start, lost so much steam it was difficult ascertaining whose case she was presenting. It didn't LOOK like ours but what do I know? Thankfully not a lawyer. Kid is still a mess, thanks.
