I tried to settle my debt outside of court but they will not even provide me proof of charges or settlement options . I’ve requested multiple times to receive copies of them and am just being told they can’t provide it . I definitely am not comfortable giving someone my card number over the phone who cannot even show me documentation.

most unprofessional law firm and do do not accept money to pay down cards , takes you to court and you show up, they don't, they call , harass you non stop but refused my money

Zwicker & Associates was able to successfully get a judgment against me in August of this year. They came after my wages I was able to defeat them with an exemption clause. They were unprepared and they tried to use other court cases to prove their point. I was able to take their lawyer to school without a law license. They will try anything in my opinion to take money from struggling Americans

Our relationship with on deck was for many many years. Covid definitely threw a wrench in things. I tried to pay on that many many times the only way they would do. It was through my bank account which I would not allow because we were not even open for business and were affected for several years after.. Zwicker and associates is who they use to collect. They are very rude. Could care less about people and basically once I paid them my final payment, she just hung up on me. Not a good group from my perspective..

I defeated them in court. They came with ( in my opinion ) bogus claims to garnish my wages but I was able to out-argue their attorney and take him to school. Now they can leave me alone
