Horrible company. Contacted them multiple times trying to set up a payment plan. Called at least twice per week for 5 weeks to have a payment plan approved by a "manager" and instead had all available funds taken out on the Friday before my birthday. No money to get to the hotel in Tahoe that my wife had paid for and no refund. No refund for the show tickets etc. Papers arrived the following Wednesday informing me that they had won a judgement against me. No time to approve a payment plan but enough time to file a motion with the court so they could get all of my money at once. Contacted them again and they said there was no record of any of my calls or of the pending payment plan. I'm not sure if their actions are criminal/ civil actionable but definitely questionable. If you have to deal with this company, tape every conversation and get everything in writing otherwise they will deny everything. Good Luck.

I've contacted this practice no less than three times and each conversation with staff was fruitlessly was a waste of time and transferred around their organization from northern to southern California. No one was aware of their client and who was handling the case in question.
