Came here Friday at 1:00pm to watch Christmas Carol. I was concerned about my mezzanine tickets since it said limited view but was surprised to see a cozy theater with the best view even though we were mezzanine corner seat. The bathrooms are clean and check in process was fast. We did have to walk through some dirty streets to get to the theater district, I recommend coming i daylight. No such thing as dangerous places, only dangerous people. Stay safe!

My sister's first play in SF. The former Geary street theater is beautiful. A Christmas Carol was a welcoming play with energetic performers. I recommend to see the show.

An absolutely beautiful theater. There's not really that much parking on the street, but of course there are a lot of parking lots. My friend and I do not know the area parked closer to the mall and took the 5 minute walk from the mall to the theater to see the Christmas Carol. And an absolutely beautiful theater with an absolutely beautiful cast. I can't wait for the next show they have.

Great show. Food and drinks on both the top and bottom floors with a small stand in the middle. I definitely recommend reserving yourself a table during intermission. You can order your drinks and food ahead of time and they are ready at the start of intermission so you don’t have to wait in line. Great date night.

show was magnificent but the seating is very uncomfortable. the seat feels like it was meant for toddlers. very small and narrow. to sit in those chairs for 2hours was horrendous. again the show itself was marvelous
