I've been trying to get help with a work matter for about a month... This was the first time I was able to speak with someone directly! She was great! Very concise and professional. I'm not currently able to retain her services for this matter, but she gave me some excellent advice on how to best proceed and how I could potentially reach back out moving forward if things change.
