Great great services would recommend this office to anyone! I am a passerby trucker from GA and needed help with court and a ticket needless to say last min they were there for me with the best possible outcome. Thanks Alden law offices your work is greatly appreciated.nn D.Mooreland
Current cdl holder reduced violation to a non moving violation. Great communication and service. Very happy with outcome.
I may be bias but they are the the best logistics and trucking law firm in town
I recently hired Alden Law for a traffic case for speeding. They were nice and did what they could as far as I'm told. I was a little disappointed that I only ever talked to the attorney once. Every other communication went directly through his assistant not that she was unpleasant by any means but I expected to talk to the person my money was going through.nnLong story short I had a speeding ticket that I wanted to get the points removed on as it was my third ticket over the past nine months and I was worried about insurance cost increase.nnI was ordered by the court to go to traffic school which cost me 8 hours of my life and $60. I was told by going I should not receive points for my most recent violation but I will not lose points for the prior two speeding tickets as long as I attended the classes. I was okay with this.nnI took the driving school as instructed and passed with flying colors. I then received a letter within the following two days saying that the court would proceed with the full violation and I must pay $125 for court cost. That was the very last thing I had heard about my case and have not heard anything since from the attorney.nnI paid a $350 non refundable to the attorney and regret it because I would have been better off just paying the ticket than to exercise my rights as a citizen and try to fight the system. nnMaybe this was a rare case or maybe not. Just be cautious before you hire someone to defend you. This mistake cost me $535.
John and Daniel did a good job representing one of our drivers relating to a traffic citation he received in Columbus. They worked diligently on our case and were quickly to respond to all our inquires.
