I was purchasing a home direct from Seller, so I engaged Brad Aldrich as my attorney. He was very efficient and thorough; responded within a few hours, at the most. Gave very good advise, and drafted "perfect" documents. Even tho I could tell what good service I was getting, he truly shined WAYYYY above the attorney representing the sellers...that person took 5 weeks to "help" with the sellers disclosure, then wanted 2 more days to create the purchase agreement, even tho Brad had created the initial draft 5 weeks previous. Brad's doc was 8 pages of detailed work (and was comparable to the doc we signed when we sold our house using buyer's loan and title companies' documents); the seller's attorney only had 4 pages, and obviously omitted many important details. Of course we used Brad's! The other attorney also did not respond to emails, even from his preferred title company, and as we sat at the final closing desk, we didn't know if that attorney would be present! Additionally, Lisa Hamilton, Brad's "right hand" was AMAZING. Because of the poor interactions with seller and attorney, she fielded many, many questions and had additional tasks. Re: questions-- she answered directly if able, or took to Brad immediately, and I had an answer very soon. My daughter had employed Brad's services when she bought her house. So, that's two very pleased clients! One last note: One time when I called, Brad and Lisa were both busy, and another attorney, Lisa Baker answered the phone! who else does that!!! (I guess I can't guarantee that would always happen, but still it's nice to know that they work as a team).

Brad and his team have helped our company close several commercial real estate deals, always professionally which has made me a repeat customer. In November 2023, we had a closing with a out of state seller who's title company did not have things correct, but Brad was able to overcome several hurdles and get deal closed on time which was very impressive. Attorney Brad Aldrich was very well versed in all of the legal issues that were of my concerns. ( Additionally, he was conversational and a very likable guy ).
