Terrible ppl. Never answers the phone, emails or returns messages. I can't even discuss a pay off with them. They just garnished my wages from some 3k debt I have no idea about. Denita Carter refused to let my partner assist me in communicating because I am LEP, dyslexic and have never been to school and Denita accused my partner of trying to impersonate me.
This company is the WORST do not answer the phone Will not return your phone calls Do not reply back to emails. Start garnishing my wages without serving me ,and not will not stop the garnishing dismissal process by submitting the paperwork through the peach port. They have had over 2 weeks My HR stated that they are the hold up. This is unlawful
Deserves less than one star, honestly. I have never experienced a Legal Office that's so hard to get in touch with. I'm a Loan Officer trying to get necessary information from them for a Closing and I still can't reach them........ Tried phone and email as well. I would never choose to do business with this company if I have the choice.
Such an unethical company. Really bad. Wouldn't let me speak to escalation department and were also very rude. They will not address what attorney fees are and just keep saying the case is closed, however it wasn't closed at the point that I called to inquire about their fees and had other questions as well. This was in reference to dealing with a relative's estate.
Lack of communication is the WORST ever. They drafted money out of my account twice in the same 24 hours without any notice and put a freeze on my account. I wish I could give negative stars.
