We had an auto accident, went to the office. We met with the paralegal. I communicated with the paralegal often. We never heard from a lawyer until like 4 months later, then a couple months after that I reached out to the paralegal and stressed we never hear anything. Finally we got a phone call from a totally different lawyer, she proceeded to say that she use to be a defense attorney and has been with this firm for a couple of weeks and then said that me and my husband are one unit and we should have been hit by a wealthier person.
