Closed on my house with them.... only used them because they were part of my Hyatt legal plan that I pay extra for, my insurance to cover closing costs... they never processed it under the legal plan after mentioning it 3 times before the closing... then at the closing, I mentioned it again and gave them all the info.. called a month later and they said they had nothing on file so I got screwed out of thousands of dollars. Will never use them again. Very unprofessional and unorganized... they also left the old owner of my house on the deed so when I went to sell the house it caused major problems at my next closing

We LOVE Joe Flynn. He's done a couple closings for us for refinances and now our home sale and purchase. His staff is wonderful from the receptionist to the paralegal. We all know doctors and lawyers are only as good as their staff!
