Initially attorney was very interested in my case. Then Mr. Alfred Roush got a job with another company and became very difficult to communicate with. He did not follow up in a timely fashion, keep me abreast of what was happening or keep scheduled appointments. It seemed to me that I was of no importance. Factor in that he had already received his initial lump payment. Extremely disappointed with the service. He received several thousand and I received a couple hundred. He is a very nice man but he has no time or interest for smaller cases. At this time, I cannot in good faith recommend him.

Having the attorneys at Roush Law Group represent me was the right decision. Robin and the administrative staff were persistent. They promptly settled my employment liability claim and I received compensation desired. They are strongly recommended in helping to recover your claim.

Worst attorney I have ever worked with. Complete waste of time, waste of money. Had a case where I was physically and mentally assaulted by employees for a year and a half (in a HUGE corporation- think it was too big for him to handle). I had former members of management who wrote an affidavit backing up everything that happened to me along with several witness. He never even called the witnesses like he was supposed to. He told me I had a case, that they can get me money, blah blah blah. Took my money, did nothing for me or my case. Kept losing documents I was sending him, never followed up, never did a damn thing. 2 1/2 years later I wasn't one step further on it then I was in the beginning. The stress was getting to me and I eventually dropped it. He later told me I didn't have much of a case. Basically he wanted my money and didn't want to do an ounce of work for it. I would never recommend him to my worst enemy. Awful lawyer, awful person. This guy should not even be in law.

Roush Law Group assisted me in resolving a dispute with a former employer. Robyn was professional and responsive to all of my questions and concerns throughout the whole process.
