Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen

Have a medical condition that is advertised on TV. Contacted one firm that told me I had to do the basic research and let them know the manufacturer so they could pursue the case. Not really satisfied. n Went to my local Allen office. Had to take a call from a Richmond office with Emily. She blew me off with the same thing. I had to find out basic info so they could profit off my pain. When told my hospital had changed hands and I couldn't get records she recommended the original doctor. As he had retired, she did a search and gave me two out of service phone numbers. Thanks a hell of a lot. Guess I'm not an Allen????
