If I could give a zero review I would. Unprofessional place of business with horrible employees. Trying to understand or get a hold of anyone in the office is ridiculous and when you do finally speak with someone they are rude and speak to you like you are dirt. They only care about money and to say the turn over rate working for them is an understatement I mean it. Beware if you have to deal with them.
This place is ridiculous when it comes to taking care of HOA fees. They will threaten you with a lein and rack up ridiculous charges until you pay in full, but you can never reach out to them for an amount. I received a letter with a total balance to pay, delivered a money order by hand with that amount and was told by the secretary it was correct. Months after I paid the balance, the balance due is even higher than before because the amount I paid was not correct and I racked up even more late and legal.fees. now I am trying to pay off the remaining balance but can not reach anyone who can tell me EXACTLY what that balance is. Good luck dealing with these people, be prepared to lose a ton of money due to their incompetence and lack of communication.
My husband was in a bad wreck and Mr Allen was our lawyer. He handled everything for us and made us feel valued and made sure the other lawyers and insurance paid what my husband deserved. I trust Mr Allen to have my back in my up coming lawsuit for my injury. The negative comments don’t ring true for our experience.
3 stud weasels. and the main person Tom Newton JR. no joke i was 2.16 short on a pass due bill that they already collected 1,000 on, they said they would not write off the 2.16 they could not pay their receptionist enough to do their dirty work over pennies so they can hide in their offices. I called them on tuesday alma said she would no matter what get back to me the next morning, i hear from her on Friday. the whole reason im in this mess is becuase i completely for got about my payment no lee way not even for 2.16. no one is held accountable at the office for never answering the phone never returning calls, this law office is a joke. and a big one at that.
Attempting to resolve an issue where we were out of the country and returned to find this mess. So far, their representative has outright lied and did exactly the opposite of what they clearly stated they would do. Completely unprofessional in dealing with people, in my opinion.
