I would just choose another company to save myself from the disappointment if I were you. First off not only did it feel like I was doing their job for them, the communication is absolutely horrid, and don’t get me started on the 33% they charge on top of “other fees” that come out of your part that they don’t tell you about until the very last minute. If you still choose to work with them ask for ALL information before you proceed. When I got in my accident it was maybe 5 minutes from the law firms office. One of the women that worked there saw it happen and said they’d take good care of my case blah blah which was a lie! They didnt even try to fight when the other company when they denied taking responsibility. It was a hit and run but they left the car. Ditched it on foot. The women ran over to me and said she worked for an injury law firm. I asked for the information being that it was down the street from my home and from what I saw I felt that they would be a good company but that’s my fault for not researching further! I felt as if they did not really care about my case. Most of the time when I called I couldn’t get in touch. The phone will literally ring forever. I’ve sat in the front office calling the phones because no one was there just to see if someone would come from the back of the office but the phones were never loud enough for me to even hear. I am very vocal about the things that make me feel uncomfortable or or as if I’m not being told the truth to by people that are supposed to be helping me! When I expressed that I expected more from them, especially the fact that someone from their law firm said they’d take good care of my case and I was not seeing that. She proceeded to say “You know she’s my daughter right?” Which I think was supposed to make me retract my statement… Not sure the reasoning behind her saying that was. But it didn’t phase me (I’m 21 btw) I continued to let her know that whether it was her daughter or not, she held you all to a certain standard that not one of them was able to meet, that worked on my case specifically. Again…her daughter works at the same law firm. When emailing, the person that was taking care of my case (Julie) would be out of the office a lot to the point where I’d have to wait about a week just to get an email back. It would tell me through an automated email. But that was the best way to contact her. I never heard from Mr.Alverson I thought the women I had spoke to from the beginning was my lawyer but turns out she was just I guess like an assistant? Not sure but I wasn’t aware until the end of everything. Almost got stuck with paying $17,000 worth of medical bills due to miscommunication and waiting until the last minute to tell me that I had to be the one to call my insurance and tell them I had insurance…when they knew months before that that needed to be done and I had no clue. Still got a little something! But it was not the amount I was told. When I went to pick up my check, I picked it up from someone I’d never met before at the office. The check was not what it was supposed to be, and when I asked I could tell the women was there to give it because they knew I could not ask her questions. I could barely get anything out before she said (“I don’t know anything about that you need to ask Julie.”) She said all she knew was that they were just holding it while waiting to hear back from my insurance and I’ve yet to hear anything. I would always get on them about communicating and why I always had to say something to them or ask questions for me to be let aware of things so I’m sure that’s why she made sure to not be the one to give me my check. I would’ve been able to ask all those questions. The person who gave it to me claimed she didn’t know the answer to any of my questions. More disappointed in myself for again not researching more. Aside from that I hope everyone, car accident or not knows that everything will be okay! It will work out for you even if you don’t know how or when!????

Fees were affordable as well!

We were going to Antarctica last year, and paid for the whole trip in full. Unfortunately the company went bankrupt and we lost all our money. We had travel insurance but they were saying that they didn't cover bankruptcy. We hired Attorney Alex Fayad on contingency and within a month we recovered the insurance policy limit. Alex Fayad was on top of it, and we are extremely happy with the outcome. Thank you Alex.

I used Eric back in I believe 92’ and once just recently. I have used other attorneys in the past in between and I can tell you Eric and Julie are the best. Their communication is 5 stars and their fair. There is no one in vegas I’d refer anyone too other then them.

Retained for defense in a civil case, I ended up being charged more in fees, than the eventual payout, that I negotiated after firing them when they recomended i give the other side my personal phone records, and for beyond capricious advice, was not at all impresed and they're rude. Would never recommend.
