Absolutely awful property management company. Guess what though...they don't care. They didn't send us a payment booklet for HOA fees after we closed on our house. 6 months later we get a certified letter threatening to take legal action. They also tried to charge us late fees for their stupidity. Tried emailing them multiple times for some administrative issues and they never respond. They changed their website and all of our logins do not work now. Guess what...they never told us. I wish we could fire them.

Horrible for managing properties! Have made several complaints to them about the property they manage at Villages of Bloomingdale Riverview Fl . Nothing can or will be done by them. What they suggest is to speak with the neighbors to try n solve the issue or contact the owner. If I had the owners contact info I would contact him/her. But what are the owners paying you for??? To do nothing obviously! Since I have lived here there have been several management teams over VOB and seems no one is able to get a handle on things out here. Everyone is passing the buck contact Sentry then Terra then contact the owner or real estate agent. It is not my job to confront neighbors from hell! And to put myself in danger not everyone takes kindly to someone who complains to them about what they are doing. Don't get me wrong the properties are nice but if you like living with people who don't take care of their property or pride in where they live throw trash all over anywhere besides the garbage can and destroy the property by tearing down the gates/fence welcome home! I have children and I was also a pet owner I no longer have my pit bulls which when I moved several years ago I thought they were going to loving homes. But anywho my children are supervised and very mannerable and I would never walk my dogs to my neighbors for them to do their business. I don't allow my children to roam as they please they are in front of my door at all times not in front of someone else's disturbing them. My advice to you run and run fast. This was also supposed to be gated yeah what a joke they are gated but out of the 7 yrs I have lived here they have only been closed twice and for only 2 months max and still one gate was left open. Are you kidding me who or what are they keeping out when most of the problems are from inside this community. Not everyone who is on housing causes problems or doesn't take care of the property trust me I am one of the very few who does. So they make it bad for the few such as myself who takes pride in where they live takes care of the property and respects their neighbors no loud noise, music, littering etc. Good Luck if you live and act like most of the tenants here and how they allow their kids to behave you will fit in perfectly.

NOTHING good to say about this company. Beware of their accounting methods.
