I was here meeting with Eddie a pulmonary tech who is one of the best in Arizona. He is very good at coaching his patience on how to do the breathing test and what they are looking for. Bottom line he is great at making you feel comfortable. The place was clean and the people were courteous.

Thanks for wasting my time Pulmonary Associates. I had an appointment scheduled for weeks that they double booked. Called me a day before the appointment to cancel and told me it would be a month before I could reschedule. I finally got them to reschedule me within a week of cancelling and they call just before my appointment to cancel again. The lady was very rude and hung up on me before I was even done speaking. This place is joke and not sure how they are in business the way they treat people. If you care about your health I suggest finding another company.

This review is for the office staff at this location only. Ive been to a couple of other locations in town. Ive only been here once upon referral from a medical doctor. I will tell them not to refer anymore patients to this office. Billing issues and rude indivduals who never call back when I left messages two different times for appointments. This pretains to the office on 1122 McDowell Rd. Plus they sent a $70 bill to collections and refused to take my payment over the phone. Paying the bill online was not an option which I could not do. They also mispelled my address. I called another location and they took my payment over the phone. The entire office definitely needs some serious retraining in customer service skills especially billing or they need to be fired. I will be recommending to my doctor to drop this company for referrals for other patients.

Dr. David Baratz, is a excellent diagnostician + he very caring about his patients. I have been a patient with Dr. Baratz since 2003. Just the best.

Highly skilled physicians and support staff. However, it is such a busy practice that they need a larger waiting room and parking area.
