Apperson Crump and the team there are top notch. Although we did not get to the closing, I have never had such friendly and responsive service provided in a real estate transaction. Of particular note is Michele Levy who was my go-to representative. Her timely replies and outreach during the process made it simple. She does not assume that you know the legalities of what is needed and the why - but is forthright in what the ask is, and the purpose. I really appreciated that. I would highly recommend them but especially ask for Michele for the best experience.

They communicated every step of the way and always ensured I knew where we were in the closing process at all times. The team that assisted with my closing were incredibly personable, professional, and the attorney who assisted me with the signing took their time to ensure I fully understood everything I was signing. He even offered me advice considering this is my first home buying experience! They even took photos after the closing to ensure I remembered the day I bought my first home.
