It was hard to get a call back. We always had to call to get any answers or how the case was going. Then after months and months we receive a letter saying we don't have a case and here's your bill. And we were told there would be no charges unless we moved forward. Would not recommend.
Very knowledgeable and caring. Even with the COVID I was able to get assistance in a timely fashion. Highly recommended
