Reviews

I commend DRAZ, and all those that support advocating for African Americans, and those with disabilities across Arizona to ensure that those who need resources are equipped with legal and other support services, so they live enriched, healthy, empowering lives as they thrive in all aspects of life. Thank you for all you do!
Yet another waste of space organization in the state of Arizona. For the life of me, I can't figure out what their purpose is. It certainly doesn't seem to be the stated purpose of helping the disabled. I wonder what's the source of their grant funding. I hope not from my tax dollars.
As a previous employee I'd give zero stars to ACDL. They micro-manage and hire supervisors whom are not even trained nor qualified to train others. If the supervisor feels like they can't control your every move you will get fired for no reason. I would not work nor do any business with ACDL as the company has no integrity nor properly trained staff to do their job accordingly.
Totally worthless. They do not help. I don’t even know what they do. It seems like a fake organization that doesn’t actually help disabled people. I tried to get help with a discrimination case and they absolutely were no help whatsoever. I understand I had to file an EEOC claim which I did but they did not want to help after that. My case was wrongfully denied even though it was a very strong case (according to another civil rights attorney I spoke to who used to actually work at the attorney generals office on discrimination cases) and so there was no justice had. I couldn’t afford the attorney who said I had a strong case and this place showed no interest in helping me either.
i originally contacted them early June 2020 for a reasonable accommodation issue. They did the original intake then left me hanging in the wind. When i call back to get the status of the intake, they get loud and irritated and state they cannot help until i talk to intake manager who never answers the phone or emails. Steer clear of these people. They don't Help
