Our family needed help with the extremely complicated and overwhelming process of applying for Medicaid when my mother-in-law needed a nursing home. Scott and the entire staff were receptive, responsive, and accepted about 1000 pages of documents that I just dropped at their office. They sorted it and navigated the process with a perfect outcome.
