We contracted with them to help with dental and medical billing. Their pitch was spot on and what they wanted to offer was a perfect fit. What was not a perfect fit was how much time I spent asking why claims were submitted 10 times with no notes of follow ups, Why claims would go 3-4 months with no one touching them. Why if I needed to follow up with a patient there was no record of it other than in patient notes. I would call to follow up to be told I will follow up with my team, next week... I will follow up with my team. It would be months before there would be action on accounts. The benefits would not be loaded into the charts prior to the patients showing up. Just overall dissapointed in the overall performance. I did like the people who I directly talked to (Signed me on, account reps, and management)) Unfortunately the follow through and actually doing what was agreed upon was a no go.

They do my employer's payroll. The last 2 weeks on payday I did not receive my pay on payday. I would not recommend this company to anyone

We have done business with this company forever and they have always had issues with their payroll and getting our taxes done. They were again late on this yrs taxes, we didn't receive them until they were due. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, you will be extremely disappointed with their services.

Paid a premium price for website design and marketing. Website was 3 months late, then was live for the first week with no way of processing payments. Then only Paypal payments for 2 weeks. Slow to respond to emails. Shipping options are still not lined out. Crazy options like Flat Rate Board Game Box, which we don't even have. Year Make Model is still a disaster with too many options. They do drive traffic towards a website that is only about 80% functional. Many lost sales and upset customers the first 2 weeks with limited or no payment options. NOT VERY SATISFIED!!!

I have worked with Avitus Group for years. Hands down the best bookkeepers with whom I have ever worked. Too, they cover me under their co-employment, which mitigates my risk as a business owner. They are an essential arm of my small business.
