Update: Since I last posted this, I was contacted by my attorney and he promised results. Unfortunately , I was informed today that has left the firm and my case has been handed off to yet another attorney without informing me of who to contact. I was told once we received all medical bills, that I would be called into the office to work up a proposed settlement amount to present. This was not the case, now I’m told they are waiting for a offer from the insurance company instead of taking control and demanding a amount. Who’s going to make sure they will be fair? At this point I’m so frustrated, I hope the new attorney is worth her degree because I will not let them do whatever they want. This has changed my life and I want to be compensated. I hired this firm a little over a year ago, and I can’t reach anyone in regard to my case. Most of the time they don’t answer or return phone calls. I’ve never even seen a attorney in person. When I do reach the paralegal working on my case it’s always the same answer “ I’m waiting for all medical bills and treatment”. For the last two weeks I’ve been calling and getting absolutely no one, I’ve left multiple messages, and even asked what it will take to fire them and get new representation. Still nothing. Today is my last attempt and I’m going to visit their office. My last email communication was April 2018.

Mr. Jordan and Lillie were great. They helped me during the hardest time of my life. I am very grateful for the work they put into my case.

This has got to be the worst law firm I could have chosen for my car accident. They have no idea what they are doing! I was rear ended in stopped traffic on the freeway.. They took my case, sent me to the doctors.. made me continue to go to different doctors even after I asked to be released. After i was finally released from the doctors the attorney then completely dropped my case. I am now receiving bills from the doctor's they made me go to. This law firm is a joke! They ended up screwing me! Zero stars! I would NOT recommend them!

They screwed me. Should have taken the offer. Lawyer said not a good idea. Got less at trail. said they would reduce bills... they left me on the hook for ones they said they take care of. Will not recommend to anyone.
