Please do not go with this law firm. My son has severe cerebral palsy and quadriplegia, he is in a wheelchair. When I first put baker and Gilchrist on his case they told me 90 to 120 days and they should have reviewed his case and medical records. When 150 days went by I called to check up and was told that the nurse was still reviewing it. Called 2 weeks later was told the nurse still hadn't reviewed the medical file so my husband let them know that we had decided to relieve them of their services when someone else jumped on the phone and said that they were going to call anyway and deny our son his case after we had just been told that the nurse had still not even looked at our sons files. My son was denied delivery at the hospital when I came in with bleeding and placental abruption for three hours when he was finally delivered he came out blue. I will find Someone who will pursue the investigation into my sons case that he so deserves. I hope this review helps anyone to better decide who they choose to represent them.
