Our experience with this ignorant man was such a waste of time!!!!!!!!! If you want unprofessional? Jack is your man.......if you want no response to your calls or emails, Jack is your man. Needs to retire, doesn’t know the law! Between his secretary and him.....I view them as Dumb and Even Dumber ......The last text we received was from Cindy Mohr (secretary).........Jack said. NO I urge anyone that is seeking legal advice, not to call on this uneducated, inconsiderate, lazy, child/like mannered, bitter old man!!

Mr. Jack Ball is probably the only few left in Knox County that not only knows the law but is not going to bleed people dry for money . There is a reason he has 5 stars.

Wouldn't use him again bad advice and worthless to represent anyone.save your $ and give them everything or he will.

They are so helpful and friendly , even if they cant help the give you names and numbers!!
