My parents recently passed and I found paperwork for MPOA, FPOA and Advanced Directives that was done by Balmer Law Firm. I was told by a family friend that they also had their wills redone at the same time, however, that was not with the other paperwork. I have been trying to find out if a will was done with Balmer Law Firm since 5/17/23. I have called multiple times, left multiple messages and spoken with Maria on a couple of occasions. At this point I have yet to find out if they did a will for my parents or not. If this is how you treat customers then I would not recommend you for any kind of legal assistance. I was referred to Balmer Law Firm by a good friend and it is a shame that this is how you represent clients. Update: Mr. Balmer did contact me and answer my questions and offered to assist me further in my parents case. I do sincerely appreciate the follow up.
