My son hired Paul he wouldn't be able to show up most times, sent another lawyer once who knew nothing about the case. He swore to my son that he wouldn't spend time, meanwhile 1-3 yrs in prison for criminal contempt in the 1st. Other lawyers have reviewed the discovery packet and asked why my son was even in there, didn't he have a lawyer? Yeah one that dropped the ball on a Few things!! Those same lawyers believe the judge and district attorney did not get all the info about the situation. Not Pleased with the situation!! My son took out loans to pay for Paul and now can't pay them because he's in prison. Disappointed, Pissed Off over the service or lack of he provided. Meanwhile low risk and in maximum security! Our legal system at work, Great ain't it!!!!

Paul Battisti is the best Lawyer ever. He doesn’t like corruption and he is a great lawyer. Battisti can do anything. I wish he was still a lawyer. He was a good lawyer. Your never gonna find a good lawyer like Battisti.

Where do I start with this pathological lair! This man will straight up lie to your face if you ever get a chance to talk to him I called and text him to set up times only to get a message I will call you back and that never happened over a year of trying to set up appointments not once did it happen. Out of the blue the Da must of contacted him with a plea cause I finally got a call and he said this deal was exactly what you want I said ok can I set up time to talk about this deal , absolutely he said that never happened 6 months go by I get a court date he texts me we will talk tonight about our game plan for court tonight so we are ready for tomorrow, that call never happened I drove 4 hours to court only to get a phone call he wasn’t coming but made sure I had a public defender to help me out that was representing my friend. Well I plead guilty to get this plea and that was the worst decision of my life cause that caused more hidden problems than you could imagine cause he never looked at my case file nothing he said was true nothing all lies cause he was to worried about being Da. This guy will lie himself into your wallet and trust me you will regret it, he is definitely a man that has things handed to him his whole life and has zero respect for the working guy and his money and problems. Don’t waist your time this guy is a joke and karma one day will get him.

If I could give less stars I would. This lawyer has not returned a phone call in 2 weeks. We have called and left numerous messages. I guess now that he's District attorney, he can ignore everyone else.

January 19th, 2024 On behalf of my daughter, I’m appalled at the lack of interest of this Law firm; she called and left numerous voice messages & emails for weeks; to no avail. I am NOT at all impressed, especially as she’s owed $$$, which they refuse to give her; after she was told if there is any surplus, it will be returned to you. ANOM
