Talked to Peter about setting up an LLC that was in my name and adding my two partners on to it. Intially was told it would be between 4-500. After intial meeting got a bill for 750 but was told we could send in 650 and it would cover it. Left us with a bunch of question to ask an accountant about the other two buying me out which we stated it wasn't a buy out just a simple new agreement between us three. After calling him and getting charged still doesn't know how to set up an LLC without talking to an accountant .Sending in the signed paperwork over a month ago and not hearing back, we reached out to find out he never got then or never got back with us about needing more information. Not a very easy process he seems to be making things harder than they're and charging for everything. Accountant told us it is not hard to do this and Peter seems stuck on it. Overall I wouldn't go back with him and in fairness I'm sure he is not all to blame. But again i wouldn't recommend him for this particular need.

DO NOT I SERIOUSLY MEAN DO NOT GO TO BAXTER AT ALL!! This fraud is a rip off, scam and will take you for ever single cent you don't even own. Baxter will NOT fight for you, you will be left with NOTHING, NOT EVEN THE RIGHT TO PARENT because she is intimidated by a lawyer whom is "better" than her. Baxter is a huge, huge JOKE! Beware anyone who is referred to this scam artist or is even had to deal with her. Do NOT do it!!

Mr. Kladder has helped me get increased amount of support which was deserved, but also got the parenting situation written out fairly etc. Great attorney even helpful after our court dates etc.

Janet got all our patient advocate, power of attorney, and will in order. Very helpful.

Peter has always been fair and informative.
