Reviews

Mr. Cox and Ms. Hill set the benchmark in professional, ethical, and legal knowledge. They were able to assist me with some very challenging family law matters and successfully guided me throughout the entire process. They will let you know exactly what you need to do/not do. I recommend them to anyone seeking legal advice. Great staff and true professionals! I would be very surprised if anyone had anything derogatory to say about the firm. Thanks Wendi and Dave!
I have been using David Cox for my attorney in a paternity case and very happy with his services. His assistant, Wendi, is great at returning calls and messages in a timely manner. They are friendly and professional to work with. I would definitely recommend them.
Laura A. O’Donnell is a former JAG attorney who’s extremely knowledgeable, thorough, attentive and provided excellent counsel. She was quick to return my calls & emails. In the courtroom, was strategic, smart, well prepared. I am very please with how she handled my case, exceptional. Thank you Laura A. O’Donnell for your military service, guidance, honesty and compassion through this difficult time. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a competent, professional attorney.
BEWARE: Wouldn’t recommend this law firm to anyone. Wendy Hill is not for you as a client, and / or the children. She will always challenge you, no matter the case. If you are struggling with child custody cases or child support / visitation. Mr. Cox secretary is not for the children what so ever. I’m not sure if Mr. Cox was on my side or just trying to close the case, because i rarely talked to him. There was no communication unless I contacted the firm. I am out of town and put trust in this firm, but wouldn’t recommend to any one. Communication is key in cases like this, but the firm didn’t care. I received a small refund, out of my retainer, which shows how un-qualified this firm is. I will have to now pay for a more qualified attorney to take the case. My date went from September 9th to October 26th. The firm only put me further behind on seeing my children. Don’t fall for the first attorney you find, this firm isn’t worth it.
There has not been a single attorney I have spoken to in this firm, that hasn't listened to every single thing my husband and I have spoken to them about! Laura especially doesn't miss a beat! She is extremely attentive and listened to every single concern of ours. We were there for a consult and realized very quickly that she would be the one we trusted with our case and retained her! Time was of no essence to her and even though we had a lot to speak with her about, she never once looked at her watch or made us feel rushed! Our case isn't over yet but I can definitely tell she is going to be amazing in the courtroom! Thank you Laura, for putting our hearts and minds at ease!!
