Ben was recommended by a friend when we needed guardianship for our adult daughter. For a scenario no parent wants to have play out, he made it as easy as he could. I first met Ben Evans in 2014; he was my divorce attorney. I’m certain that all divorces are terrible. Mine was terrible for a multitude of reasons. I am a Mama to special needs children who were also involved. This aDDs another layer of trauma and pain. However, this also necessitates engaging a family law attorney who possesses a higher level of specificity, knowledge, and emotional intelligence. My divorce wasn’t the only one that Ben was handling at that time, but he made me feel that way. I have recommended Ben Evans to other friends who have needed to go through the divorce process and they have all been very happy to have his support. Make note - this will not be inexpensive, and I’m so sorry for that. It is not the way the world should work. But, being 10 years out at this point, and knowing hindsight is 20/20, I would strongly recommend engaging a family attorney (like Ben Evans) if you are headed into a divorce. And hang in there. The positive benefit this man has made on my life, and my daughter's life, is immeasurable. Ten stars!!!
