This law firm was my worst nightmare!!! Not only was my case way too complicated for their office! When I called to pay my final bill they gave me my balance. I paid it and right after I paid my final balance, I fired them two weeks to three weeks after they decide they need to send me a $9000 bill. Not only did they send me a $9000 bill this law firm also lost all my records five years of business bank statements, a full set of original car accident injury case from another law firm, which was very important to my case moral of the story is, I would never hire this law firm, they might be able to handle some small things my case was very complicated way over their head at the end of the road I hired Mike Gallagher out of Monroe. He totally took my case took it to trial and executed. It was a great experience Mike Gallagher does not screw around very professional and knows what he’s doing. He’s been in this business a long time.

Echoing what benita bose said. I just called to start a process and they said they will send me intake forms to my email. I haven't received anything for a couple of hours. Then I called back to follow up. I was told by receptionist that "I would give her a couple of days before she send anything." then immediate hang up. I don't know if I would be confident about the rest process if it takes a couple of days to send out intake form.

I'm appalled at the level of unprofessionalism shown here. I've been trying to get an appointment for almost a month now and almost every time I call, I was told by the receptionist that the intake person is busy. The few times I managed to get hold of Andrea(for the intake) I was told that I will get an email with all the details - but did not. I had to follow up multiple times to be able to get the intake form. and after I filled the intake form I still was not able to get to them. I've followed with multiple voicemails and emails, just to be able to get an appointment and it has been 4 weeks now - and every time I'm told I would get an appointment in a week or two. The last thing you need is a lawyer who is unreachable and unresponsive.

Bill Kessler is one of the most sincere and knowledgeable litigation attorneys, I've hired. He has been a source of level headed advice as we considered litigation and made a point to offer a holistic view of both negotiated and legal options. He made sure to put our goals first as he walked us through our options and helped us form a strategy to deal with a very stressful situation. I have referred friends to Bill and will continue to look to him anytime I need legal advice.

Since all I know about law is what I see on tv, it is difficult to understand what is going on behind the scenes. Working with Beresford Booth had a great ending, one that I did not expect. When we first started I was impressed with my conversations and was anxious to get going. Some due to conflicting summer schedules, but it was a little slow at first. Not knowing the legal side, I expected things to be done right away, but research and tactics were needed. I was naturally worried as I started paying the bill, but I was pleasently surprised with the result right away after a suit was filed.
