Berra Stross & Wallacker

If this place still puts "Judge" Richard Berra's name on the wall, then steer way clear. This old man is a private judge because he has given up on legal ethics, the rules of evidence and any semblance of fairness, in my opinion. Please note: I've tried to warn people about "Judge" Berra, and about conservatorship in California, but the judges and lawyers all get unfavorable reviews removed. If this review stays up for more than a year, I'll be shocked. The review system for lawyers and judges (see the Britney Spears case, for example) is thoroughly corrupt.

Very incompetent. I was passed from Ms. Stross, to Ms. Mass, to Ms. Wallacker and back to Ms. Mass again. They were completely lost in financial matters and because of the continuing merry-go-round of representation -- none of them really understood the case. Bottom line -- GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
