I am a veteran and did not have a good experience with Berry Law. Once they told me they accepted my case, they informed me they would take a week to review my file and then contact me for an interview. They never contacted me for an interview then when I asked about it 5 months later (into my 12 month appeal period) I was sent negative toned email about how they have 500 other clients and case representatives are based on urgency. At no point did anyone ever explain why they did not contact me or maintain the timeline they informed me that they would follow. I am happy that they have, at the very least, let me out of the contract with them so that I can find someone that will give me the representation that Berry Law originally said they would.
