Bird, Skibell & Bohach

I hired this firm Kari Bohach to help me with a suit affecting parent child relationship. I told her in the beginning I was looking for help to get a jurisdiction change and was honest with her about how complex the case was. It was a cps case. I am a grandparent. Not one time did Kari talk at hearings or call me when the judge would ask on our side. KARI never filed for temporary orders for my grandchild to be placed with me. She always changes strategy I would give her more and more money and then she would always change it what she was going to do and we hiring an attorney yes you think that they know what they're doing however when I couldn't afford her no longer I had to do a withdrawal and it literally has been the worst experience with an attorney I have had. Now my granddaughter is not with family and I would tell anybody to do your homework before considering using this firm. I have a lot more things I could say but this is just a small Google review.

While Kari Bohach is an extremely busy attorney, she and her staff are responsive, polite, and helpful. Ms. Bohach is an exceptionally knowledgeable and gifted attorney-she absolutely knows her stuff! If you are in need of a business attorney, I would absolutely recommend her. As a business owner it is nice to know that I have an attorney who will do everything to protect and fight for my business.

Ms. Bohach was a great attorney. I hired her to handle a custody issue and nothing but positives to say about her. She cares and works hard for you. She was great in court and kept me updated the whole way. I would highly recommend her.

RUN! Do not use this attorney if that's what you want to call her. She is non-responsive at best! Took $7500 and a month went by, still nothing done. I begged for help because my grandchildren were around their abuser yet, NO RESPONSE!!! Why become a lawyer if you don't plan to really do your job, why? I filed a complaint with the bar and right now they of course didn't fine anything wrong because they all stick together. Keep moving along and find someone else.

Worst law firm to work with. They don’t care about your case. It took them two years to solve an accident claim, and during that time they barely kept us updated with the process. After insurance release the check, it took them more than a month to send payments to hospitals and to us. Still, three months later the hospital bill hasn’t been paid and they don’t follow up to find a solution. I am definitely filing a claim with the State Bar of Texas.
