I had come to LifePlanLaw in 2018 to redo my will, set up my living will, healthcare surrogate and navigate a quit claim deed after a 30 year relationship abruptly ended. In October of 2022, her firm saved the day for us when at the 11th hour, the title company we were using to close on a new house suddenly advised us they couldn't complete the closing due to a medical assessment of my mother. The same day we reached out for legal assistance, we were able to get into the office at 5pm and get our legal documents in order and executed them. The closing proceeded without a hitch. They literally saved the day for us! Today, my parents and I came to the office to execute a Ladybird deed, POA and healthcare surrogate and a will for my dad.
