He used to be very good as an attorney. My family hired him several times. Now that he is near 80 y/o he has lost his expertise. Recently he represented my son poorly. He violated my sons 6th amendment rights. Going for new trial w/ new attorney. Mr. Backman should retire.
He proved my innocence when other attorneys wanted to take a deal.. Saved my brother in law too on his case .. None BETTER
