I just got of the phone with Debra one of the case managers of the law firm and she was very helpful and informative. The law firm is very professional and responsive. They patiently listened to our case and Debra provided me with alternatives to our case and gave me useful information on filing complaints to the BBB and the Consumer Complaint Bureau.
