If you value your time please i beg you to stay away from this office. You will spend an unreasonable time trying to get a hold of the right person. They will take a message with the promise of returning your calls and will forget about it. The secretary in charge of explaining your case and billing is incredibly rude. If you need to spend money on a law office at least spend it where they will treat you and your time with respect! If i could've given this review zero or negative stars i would have.

Oleson was responsive and provided professional service in assisting with a civil matter. He was able to get quick resolution with clear communication regarding fees and realistic expectations. I would recommend him 100%.

I was never able to get my questions answered, the lawyer and his staff were not available and never returned my calls. All the calls I made were billed as well. I finally engaged another lawyer, just to get my questions answered. I gave the same information to the law firm 4 times - once over email, once in person, and twice over the phone. At the end I saw a statement with the information I had given... and it was incorrect. All 4 instances of me giving the information were ignored (and I was billed). At the end, I called, requesting my final bill and saying I would no longer be working with them, I let them know I would come in in two days. Came in, no one knew why I was there. Had to wait an hour for my 'final bill' and to inform the attorney once more that I was no longer working with them. Two months later, received a 'final bill' in the mail. The invoice included the last call. Called to ask why I was receiving a bill when I had paid the final bill? Billing dept had to ask the lawyer about it and would call me back. As per their normal operating procedure, I received no call back. Received a 'payment reminder' a month later. Called again and asked about the call when I requested my final bill (why was I being billed when obviously they did not even get my message?) answer was 'the legal team received your message'. So basically, they DID get my messages, they are just ignored them entirely. I also had a problem with the rate. I happily had a contract with the rate I was offered. The office went through my retainer very quickly and then billed me about a month later with no invoice. I paid. Received another bill with an invoice. The invoice showed the rate as half again as much as agreed. I called (it was a long wait, and then the only call I ever received back from them-5 hours later, which I completely believe was because I said 'I want to pay my bill') and the billing department agreed to honor the contract (after I had stated I had it in writing) but they insisted on calling it a 'discount'. Verbally I was offered a discount. If I paid immediately upon receiving bills, I would receive $50 off per hour. This was no in writing and it definitely was not honored. Near the end, I was informed that the paralegals were working on my case. Incidentally, there are no discounted rates if the paralegals are working. And the horrid thing was that I asked to speak to the paralegal working on my case and... you guessed it... they were out of the office. Apparently they go on vacation for weeks at a time. If you can possibly get anyone else, do it. This was much more expensive and frustrating then it had to be.
