If I could give 0 stars I would. Had a collection that was fully paid and satisfied a little over a year ago took money out of bank and everything. Got proof of it being paid as well. Well they are trying to saying it never got paid and they never took money out of the bank and that I still owe money. Talked to the lady and she said she can’t do anything so I asked to speak to the attorney and she said that I can’t do that. I kept asking to speak to the attorney then she finally said I can call after 5 to speak to the attorney come to realize they close at 5. Terrible place and can’t wait for the court dates. Definitely sueing this place.

Very rude & deliberately vague on the phone. Talks so fast & slurred speech you can't understand what they are saying. When asked to slow down and repeat, the git hostile & started yelling.

This lowlife debt collectors are trying to collect from a creditor THAT IS WAY PAST THE LEGAL timeframe allows BUT I HAVE TO PAY an attorney to handle it

Not respsonsive at all to inquruiries, when they need something they'll call you numerous times a day, won't bother sending a fax if you need it from them though

Very, Very shady business practices. Tried to harass me to get an employees direct banking information. I had to turn them over to my attorney because that is just plain wrong. Only afterwards did they attempt to send wage garnishment.
