Reviews

If you work for this company, YOU are evil! YOU are just as guilty as your employer! I can not believe the government hasn't shut this down yet. Very illegal practices and incompetent record keeping. These people should be in jail and heavily fined. Our debt was paid through the court like all debts of this kind should be. Then they turn around and take double the debt out of our checking account with zero notice.
HORRIBLE COMPANY. They "lose" payments to get garnishments for more than owed and hold the debtor responsible. These lawyers are the low scoring graduates. They are incompetent and illiterate. IF you get a call from them - get a lawyer to deny to do business with them.
They make it sooo hard to pay them. I’ve dealt with many agencies like this and they all had online payment options for debit cards but these people won’t take my money even if I beg. Then take me to court over money I tried to give them. If I worked here, I’d be so depressed at my lack of value in society.
Some good people, awful business. The way these banks ruin people's lives and treat them like criminals should be illegal.
I owed money. They did their job and served court papers. I went to court and had a new college grad who was working their cases. (AN AWFUL LOT OF CASES) He was doing his best to work out a deal. What he was going to ask the judge for.. believe it or not, I was going to pay more. The judge asked me if this was a problem. The judge told him he would be a fool not to take it. I have been paying off for years. If I miss a payment, I get a phone call. They always leave a message. They are always willing to work with me. Things happen, and they have never given me grief. Any communication is because they need to. I was given an extension to call for my payments and I 90% of the time get a return call the same day. I can't see them being rude. Persistent is VERY different from rude. The payment people always ask how things are going. Maybe kindness given is kindness received. Stop ragging on a bunch of people doing their job.
