Just wanted to say thank you very much to the Bowen Law team! I used them for my very first mortgage and my renewal recently, and the experience was very positive. Sat on my separation file for three years despite many emails requesting updates. When I called to complain I was told that Ms Bowen has been having “email issues” and was blown off again and again. Still no response. When I called to complain yet again after over a year of no contact I was told rudely to submit my complaint in writing. Also advised me not to vaccinate my children for Covid. Rude, unresponsive and left me high and dry dealing with my ex for custody issues myself despite disclosing abuse to her. Avoid at all costs - which to this single mom was a $1500 retainer down the drain.

Melissa is always available to answer questions for her clients. All my dealings with her office have been great.
