I find Mr. Bloom to be very knowledgeable in legal matters. I have called the firm - and was able to speak with him personally about pending issues. He is always very helpful - giving sound rational advice with recommendations for proper action steps. When I have enlisted his services, I have seen the expected outcomes as he had told me would be the most likely resolution.

They tried to sue me for medical bills after I'd sent them documentation that my identity had been stolen. Luckily the judge dismissed the case after getting a copy of said documents. Completely irresponsible and negligent. They shouldn't even be practicing law.

I have been using Bloom and Associates since 1995 for collections for my clients. Staff is always responsive and timely with results. I would highly recommend the firm....
