Had a pleasure of having Dan as my attorney for my personal injury case. Dan explained the process right from the beginning and guided me throughout. Any questions I had, I always had Dan as my number 1 advisor. He's very personable, professional and knows his job. Thank you very much Dan, I will be recommending you to anyone who needs a great attorney!
I hired Alex Caposi to handle my personal injury case. The first offer from the insurance companies was more than we expected and got the case settled quickly. He was very friendly, informative, and dilligent in handling my case. I hold Mr. Caposi in the highest regar and am thankful to have hired him and Brach-Eichler.
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Daniel Pollak, a property tax law attorney I found online. I had to leave the country for the summer, so I entrusted Dan and his firm with what I believed to be a straightforward property tax appeal. We had just purchased the property, and the purchase price was significantly lower than the current tax assessment, making a solid case for an appeal. Since I wouldn't be in the county to handle the matter personally, I needed a competent and reliable attorney to take care of it in my absence. During our initial interactions, Dan appeared decent and responsive, which gave me confidence in retaining him. He assured us that he would file the appeal promptly. However, things went downhill immediately after we signed the agreement. Dan's last communication was to send the countersigned agreement, stating he would file the appeal that week. After that, he went radio silent. I followed up multiple times during the summer to ensure the appeal was moving forward, but received no response. Upon returning from my trip, I reached out once more. Only then did I get a response—two days later—where Dan admitted that he and his team had simply forgotten to file the appeal, and the deadline had already passed. I don't have enough data to evaluate Dan's legal expertise, but his lack of basic operational professionalism and reliability speaks volumes. Missing a critical filing deadline is a glaring oversight that reflects poorly on his firm's ability to handle even the simplest of cases. If you can't trust an attorney to meet a basic deadline, how can you trust them with anything more complex? My experience with Dan and his team was a complete letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them for any legal matters that require attention to detail and accountability.
Honest, professional and dedicated to getting the maximum money available to compensate for my injuries. I would highly recommend , Corey A Dietz and his team .
I was recommended to Brach Eichler after having had a very long and bad experience with another firm. Jeremy Hylton gladly took over my representation. He was very thorough and always on top of things which made the process much easier on me. My case manager was Lisa Cardillo. She was a huge help and always available for questions and updates. They kept me informed throughout the entire case and advocated for me very well which ended with a great outcome. I highly recommend using Brach Eichler if you want an honest group of professionals who care about your needs and put in the work to make it a stress-free process. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
